| Day 01. DENPASAR-MAKASSAR – PARE PARE – TORAJA |
| You will be met by our tour guide at Hasanuddin
Airport in Ujung Pandang (Makasar) and driven
derectly to Toraja in private, fully air-conditioned
minibus. The firs section of the trip follows
the coast through charming Bugis villages and
fascinating scenery, sea views on the left
and to the right lush green mountain ranges.
We stop to see traditinal Bugis houses on stilts,
fishing traps and sail boat construction near
the beach. A tasty lunch is providedat a seafood
restaurant in Pare Pare. From here we travel
inland, throuhg extensive rice fields, gradually
climbing into the mountains with stunning views.
At Puncak Lawang we stop for refreshments and
the 'erotc mountain'. The tour guide will be
able to related many of the stories, traditions
and myths of the Toraja People. Late in the
afternoon we reach Toraja, where you check
in at the Madarana Hotel (standard, not star
hotel for accommodation and dinner).

| Day 02. TORAJA TOUR, EXPLORING THE “UNTOURISTY” SITES |
| After breakfast at the hotel we drive to Bori
with its mystcal megaliths. From here we start
our trek through spectacualr terraced recefields
and Toraja villages with their typical saddle
roofed houses. We stop for lunch in thecharming
village of Lempo. Late in the afternoon we
arrive in Batutumonga on the slope of Sesean
mountain, overlooking the vast valley, a majestic
view with the town of Rantepao far below. From
here we drive back to our hotel in Rantepao
for dinner and overnight stay.

| Day 03. TORAJA EXCURSIONS |
| Breakfast at the hotel before a fll day visiting
some traditional and most interesting sites.
At Lemo graves are dug high into a steep cliff
face. Balonies display the Tau-Tau, which are
realistically carved wooden an clothed images
of the departed, overlooking the valley. At
Kambira stands a giant tree in which new born
babies were burried. After lunch we drive to
traditional of Kete Kesu. Saddle roofed houses
on stilts with similarly styled rice barns
lined up along village square. Behind the village
are spectacualr burial caves an tau-tau. More
fascinating burial caves and sites at Londa,
Nanggala and Marante. Late afternoon back to
the hotel for dinner and overnight.

| Day 04. TORAJA – UJUNG PANDANG/AIRPORT |
| Aftter breakfast at the hotel, we drive back
to hasanuddin airport, Makassar, with a lunch
stop in Pare Pare, for your flight to Bali
by GA -673 16.25 pm.
